Physical Visa cards arrives in nondescript white envelops via standard USPS delivery and do not include individual tracking. It will arrive within 7-10 business days. If you ever need to check on the status of a reward, reach out directly to Tremendous recipient's support team at help@tremendous.com.
If the physical Visa card is lost or stolen, you can report it on my-card.com as long as you have registered it previously. If you have not registered the card, please connect with Tremendous recipient's support team at help@tremendous.com and they can send a replacement card provided there is no spend activity on the card.
