After setting up your apple watch, you will want to connect it to your Hugo Health account.

 

1. Download the Hugo Health app from Apple's App Store

After downloading the app, log in using the email that you use to log in to Hugo Health (or Kindred).

2. Enter your Password or Get a Magic Link

Enter your password, or opt to receive a magic link. This link will be sent to your email, and you will have to follow that link to log in. If you don't get an email, be sure to check your spam.

3. Select the “Connect” Button Next to Apple Health

Tap the black "Connect" button.

4. Launch the Health App

After you tap "Connect", a screen will appear with a blue button that says "Open Health App". Tap that button.

5. Enable the Categories You Want to Share

The health app will present a list of categories to share with Hugo Health. You can go through the list and chose which you feel comfortable sharing. If you are a part of a study that utilizes this data, it is recommended that you enable all categories. After you chose which categories, select "Allow" in the top right-hand corner.

6. Success!

After selecting allow, you should see a box that says "Connected to Health App" with a sync bar that shows the progress of your data sync.
